The 512 TR represents the penultimate evolution of the legendary Testarossa, the Berlinetta GT that was one of the symbols of the 1980s. While retaining the stylistic canons of the first 1984 version, the TR was a clear evolution with a new grille and 5-spoke aluminium alloy wheels. Powered by a new engine boosted to 428 horsepower and upgraded with the Boch Motronic M2.7, the TR was the highest-performing version to date of a rear-engined, longitudinal GT Ferrari road car. Only 2280 examples were produced until 1994, until it was replaced by the 512 M. As exciting to drive as it is to look at, the 512 TR is one of the most sought-after contemporary Ferraris today.

This 512 TR was delivered on 27 March 1992 to its first owner, Mr Brun, by the Symbol Car dealership in Turin with the original Milan number plate. The car then underwent a number plate change in 2001, shortly before it began being serviced by the prestigious Scuderia Baldini of Rome. The car currently has a Bartoli sports exhaust and the bodywork has been partially repainted over the years. The original seats have been kept in excellent condition and in a completely original state. The car is fitted with a Bartoli sports exhaust that amplifies the sound of the legendary 180° V12.

In the same prestigious collection for some years now, this is one of the most sought-after Ferrari models to date. Fascinating with its iconic line initially designed by Leonardo Fioravanti in 1984, the 512 TR is as much a moving icon today as it was then.
