Cette voiture vient de changer les livres d’histoire et peut être considérée comme la 5ème Gr.B Michelotto produite, et sans doute la plus authentique de toutes !
This car has just changed the history books and can be considered as the 5th Gr.B Michelotto produced, and without doubt the most authentic of all!

- Notre exemplaire commence sa carrière en compétition en 1982, avec une préparation signée des établissements Effegi. C’est un certain Virgilio Facetti, pilote émérite (et créateur des établissements Effegi), qui prendra le volant de cette auto, avec en plus beau résultat une 3ème place au très disputé Rally Tre Laghi 1984.
- En 1985, la voiture est confiée aux sorciers de l’Officina Michelotto, pour un changement de coque, et une préparation intégrale de la caisse : elle conserve alors sa préparation moteur effectuée par Carlo Facetti (pistons Mähle, injection Marelli..), et continue à courir. En fin d’année 1986, la voiture est vendue à Fabio Penariol, des établissements Pro Motor Sport (commanditaires de trois des quatre Ferrari 308 Gr. B répertoriées). Elle sera alors reconvertie en version Gr. IV, puis continuera tranquillement sa vie d’auto de course en Belgique, chez Maurice Barale, gentleman driver bien connu.
- En 2010, la voiture est intégralement restaurée et remise en conformité Gr. B par Lino Cazzola. Ses éléments de carrosserie, d’origine Michelotto, sont démontés et mis de côté au profit de nouveaux en acier.
- Après une enquête profonde sur son historique par Cyrille Jaquinot (book accessible sur demande), cet exemplaire est désormais considéré comme l’une des 308 Gr. B les plus authentiques, avec son ensemble châssis, moteur, et coque d’origine !

- Our example began its racing career in 1982, with a preparation by Effegi. It was a certain Virgilio Facetti, a top driver (and founder of the Effegi company), who took the wheel of this car, with a 3rd place in the highly competitive Rally Tre Laghi 1984 as his best result.
- In 1985, the car was entrusted to the wizards at Officina Michelotto for a change of hull and a complete bodywork overhaul. It kept the engine preparation carried out by Carlo Facetti (Mähle pistons, Marelli injection, etc.) and continued to race. At the end of 1986, the car was sold to Fabio Penariol of Pro Motor Sport (sponsor of three of the four Ferrari 308 Gr. Bs listed). It was then converted into a Gr. IV version, before quietly continuing its life as a racing car in Belgium, at the home of Maurice Barale, a well-known gentleman driver.
- In 2010, the car was completely restored and brought up to Gr. B standard by Lino Cazzola. The original Michelotto bodywork components were dismantled and replaced with new steel ones.
- After an in-depth investigation into its history by Cyrille Jaquinot (book available on request), this car is now considered to be one of the most authentic 308 Gr. Bs, with its original chassis, engine and body!
