The Caterham 275R SV on offer today is French in origin and was delivered in December 2020 by Caterham distributor SV Automobiles to its one and only owner.
This model stands out from the crowd with its racy configuration thanks to Caterham Exclusive Viper Blue metallic paintwork.
The interior features carbon-effect leather on the seats and transmission tunnel.
This 275R combines the Sigma 1.6L engine from Ford with Mazda's 5-speed gearbox. A version now unavailable from the Dartford-based firm's catalogue.
Beyond its configuration, this 275R was generously equipped when it was ordered, with the R Pack providing a self-locking differential, a lightened flywheel and adjustable suspension. It also comes with an FIA rollover bar, a Momo steering wheel with extractable flat, harnesses, a rain kit and a Stilo intercom kit.
This model is equipped with the wider SV chassis and a lowered floor. This combination offers greater habitability and more space on board, ideal for taller people.

This Caterham has only had one owner. He had it serviced at SV Automobiles, and we have the annual service invoices.
This 275 R version, now discontinued, derived from the legendary Lotus Seven, is a product of pure pleasure on the verge of extinction. As Colin Chapman once said, light is right.
