Description

A creation of the highly acclaimed custom vehicle stylist and builder Rick Dore, this 1957 Cadillac Roadster evokes the spirit, style and special elegance of the famed GM Motorama concept cars of the 1950s. Finished in a passionate purple color, the car pays homage to an automotive design epoch when eye-pleasing jet-age style trumped everything else.
The project began with a 1957 Eldorado two-door hardtop body, which Dore remade into a two-passenger open roadster. The Dore custom remains faithful to the fins, form and sculpting that set the 1957 Eldorado apart from its lesser Cadillac brethren. Here is a roadster that surely would have won the endorsement of legendary GM Styling head Harley Earl.
