The first Cadillac Coupe DeVille debuted at the 1949 Autorama. It was later introduced for the 1949 model year under Cadillac’s 62 series. The 1957 Cadillacs featured a new front end styling with rubber bumper guards and parking lamps set into the lower bumper. The DeVille models could be differentiated by unique nameplates on the fenders. In 1957 Cadillac produced 23,813 Coupe DeVilles.
This 1957 Cadillac Coupe DeVille is presented in a beautiful shade of red, riding on whitewall tires. The car is powered by a 364-cid, 265-hp V-8 engine which is paired a four-speed automatic transmission. Welcome extras on the car include power window, seat, as well as steering and brakes. The inside of the car displays a reupholstered black interior which features a radio. The car has benefitted from a recent service which included a tune-up, lube, oil and filter, fuel tank flush, brakes, as well as front and rear shocks and springs replacement.
