About this Collectable

A BMW M3 directly from the first owner with only 35.600 km's. Finished in a subtle colour, but with 450 hp and 550 Nm of torque, this car is anything but subtle. This example is equipped with the Competition Package and M Driver's Package to get the most out of this Collectable. The best New Years' Resolution we could find...

The latest generation M3 has a very distinct appearance, but the previous (F80) generation can be relatively sublte. For M3 standards, that is. In the colour Mineral Grey Metallic, for example, the M3 F80 has an understated appearence. This makes it a perfectly usable car for business purposes. Of course, enthusiasts recognize an M3 immediately, but in the meantime you won't offend anyone with it. The current owner therefore used this M3 as his business car.

Understated or not, this M3 is a beast. Especially because it's an M3 Competition. This throws another 19 horsepower in the mix. This gives the twin-turbo straight-six a total of 450 hp. In addition, you have 550 Nm of torque at your disposal. Performance? This power sedan can reach 100 km/h in just 4 seconds. The top speed is limited to 250 km/h as standard, but not in this car. This M3 has the M Driver's Package, which allows a top speed of 280 km/h.

With the Competition Package you not only get more power, but more importantly: a modified chassis. The springs, dampers and stabilizer bars have been upgraded. This makes the M3 with Competition Package a lot sportier than an M3 without the Competition Package.

Nowadays, a new generation is usually heavier than the previous one, but the M3 F80 is actually lighter than its predecessor, despite the fact that it's slightly larger. This is partly due to the roof, which is completely made out of carbon. This also makes for a better center of gravity.

The M3 range was equipped with new headlights in 2015 and new LED taillights in 2017. This example rolled off the production line in 2017 and is therefore equipped with both upgrades.

It comes directly from the first owner and was originally delivered in The Netherlands by official BMW dealer Broekhuis Oost, where the car has been maintained since. It has covered only 35.600 km.

Modifications

The 20 inch Competition rims have been replaced with original 19 inch M3 rims. The owner did this because he wanted to give the car a more understated look and for more comfort. Apart from that, the car is completely original.

Remarks

There are some minimal signs of use:
Small scratches on the rims (front right and rear right)
Minimal scratches on the rear left rear bumper

Service history

All maintenance was carried out at the same official BMW dealer (Broekhuis Oost Almelo in The Netherlands). The most important points from the recent service history are:
