Description

HISTORY\r
This E31 850i manual was initially delivered to Germany but imported to Spain very early, in 1996, when it was only 5 years old, and thanks to that the chassis and under body is very healthy. Full inspection report available, plus a clean CARFAX. Both can confirm the inspection reports and mileage. Selling via a sales invoice. Spanish documents already prepared for export.\r
\r
BODYWORK\r
Outside the Calypsorot Metallic paint looks good, with very few defects visible in the gallery. The original "turbine" style 9 BMW rims are in great condition. No signs of previous accidents or damage to the chassis.\r
\r
INTERIOR\r
Inside you can find beige leather on a rare dark beige dash. The car came with a few interesting extras, like an original BMW tow hitch and a Hi-Fi BOSE sound system.\r
\r
MECHANICS\r
Inspection cleared until 23/08/2024. A regular service was performed (03/2024) including oils, filters, fluids were flushed and replaced, as well as a few hoses, seals and gaskets. It drives fine, no noises, looseness or vibrations. The engine pulls well and the gearbox shifts smoothly.\r
\r
The car is free from any electronic error or "check" light, common on E31. All electronics, windows and lights work. Two things need attention:\r
1. The radio (the code is present) works but needs to be connected.\r
2. The rear window curtain is missing.\r
\r
The car is in its original spec. The only modifications include:\r
1. Stainless steel mufflers that add a nice touch to the V12 sound, still keeping it subtle. The European homologation document is present.\r
2. A sound amplifier installed in the trunk, and a multi port USB connection installed in the glove box.\r
\r
LOCATION\r
The car is located in Oliveira de Azeméis, Portugal, where it can be seen at any time during the auction. \r
