The Bentley Continental GT was the first car released by Volkswagen AG after their acquisition of the company in 1998 and was unveiled at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show, followed by Le Mans, Goodwood Festival of Speed and the annual Bentley Drivers Club meeting at Silverstone. The price at launch was substantially less than the Continental R, thus exposing the car to a much wider and new customer base as a more affordable car. The Continental GT is equipped with a six litre, twin-turbocharged W12 engine and produces 552bhp at 6,100rpm, and is capable of travelling from 0-62mph in an impressive 4.8 seconds. Torsen-based permanent four-wheel drive is standard.

Originally registered on 26th May 2004 this Bentley shows as having had one previous keeper, although it is effectively one family owned, having changed names on the V5 but at the same address. It comes with the original bill of sale, showing the car was supplied by Broughtons of Cheltenham and service books. It has just had some recommissioning work carried out totaling £6,000 which included overhauling of the cooling fans and new front suspension legs. This unmarked example has always been kept in an underground car park. Supplied with a V5C registration document together with a current MoT test certificate valid until 17th June 2025, together with a history file. Also present are two keys, a Bentley umbrella and a Bentley car cover. Finished in the delightful colour combination of Moonbeam with Saffron interior, the condition of this Bentley is certainly commensurate with such a low mileage example. The extras as listed on the bill of sale are; Nautic top roll, dark stained burr walnut, veneered door inserts and 19”split rim wheels.
