From 1995 to 2000, the Azure gathered a lot of momentum and became a favorite of many, and its rarity added to its overall appeal. The 2000 model year marked the final significant push for the first-generation Azure. While production continued until 2002. There would be a three-year gap before the second-generation Azure debuted in 2006. The 2000 Bentley Azure remains a sought-after classic for collectors and enthusiasts.

The 1999 Bentley Azure boasts a powerful 6.75-liter turbocharged V8 engine. Its performance is on par with that of its predecessors – one expected some upgrades at the turn of the century, but there was too much uncertainty everywhere, and Bentley didn’t want to take chances. The 2000 Azure’s cabin is expectedly decked in comfortable materials, with premium leather upholstery swaddling the seats and other surfaces. The Bentley Azure didn’t get many exterior changes for the 2000 model year. It retained the design and flowing lines that announce its presence wherever it goes. The chrome matrix grille dominates the front fascia, flanked by powerful halogen headlamps. The iconic Bentley flying B mascot sits proudly atop the hood and is a subtle pointer to the car’s heritage. Bentley offered the 2000 Azure in various exterior colors, each meticulously chosen to complement the car’s luxurious nature. The Bentley which we have here to offer can safely be called a unique specimen! The color scheme could not be better and what about the mileage? Since the car has long been part of a collection of very exclusive cars, it has driven no more than 19,900 kilometers. It was delivered new by the Dutch Bentley importer of the time, Hessing from de Bilt. The complete service and instruction booklets are present and in December 2024 the entire car was serviced by a Dutch specialist. Invoice of course present! Upon sale, the car will receive a complete set of new tires and then it will be ready for many beautiful miles with its new owner.
