The Weber e.f.i Volante was introduced at the New York show in January 1986 alongside the similarly updated V8 Saloon.
The major change was the fitting of electronically controlled Weber fuel injection giving a power output of 305 bhp.

With the reduced height of the engine, the bonnet no longer needed the bulge and this became flat.

All of the Weber e.f;I cars had the attractive BBS cross spoke wheels although some also have the Ronald from the Vantage.

Before the final withdrawal of the V8 in late 1089, 216 examples of the e.f.i Volante had been produced.

Our car is one of them. And it is one of the very rare manual version as only a very few cars were fitted new with the ZF-5 speed manual transmission.

Delivered new in March 1986 to Achilles Motors in Milano - Italy who sold the car to Milanese resident Claudio Terruzzi.
Today, the car is in very good overall condition.
