​Pour clôturer la carrière de cet incroyable modèle, une version très spéciale est concoctée par les ateliers Aston Martin Racing. Cela donne naissance à la V12 Vantage S AMR, dernière déclinaison produite de la V12 Vantage, quelques temps après la mythique GT12 d'avantage destinée à un usage en piste, mais qui conserve la même philosophie.

​Ainsi, la puissance a été portée de 573 à 603 chevaux, l'auto devenant même plus puissante que la GT12 qui culmine à 600 chevaux ! ​Plusieurs dizaines de kilos ont été économisées, notamment grâce à la profusion de carbone. Il en résulte des performances impressionnantes avec un 0 à 100 km/h abattu en 3.7 secondes pour une vitesse maximale de plus de 330 km/h. La carrosserie bi-ton est exclusive aux Vantage AMR.

Seuls 100 exemplaires de la V12 S AMR seront produits, boîte Sportshift III et manuelle confondues.

​To close the career of this incredible model, a very special version is concocted by the Aston Martin Racing workshops. This gives birth to the V12 Vantage S AMR, the last produced version of the V12 Vantage, some time after the legendary GT12 more intended for track use, but which retains the same philosophy.

​Thus, the power has been increased from 573 to 603 horsepower, the car even becoming more powerful than the GT12 which peaks at 600 horsepower! ​Several dozen kilos have been saved, in particular thanks to the profusion of carbon. This results in impressive performance with a 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds for a maximum speed of over 330 km/h. The two-tone bodywork is exclusive to the Vantage AMR.

Only 100 examples of the V12 S AMR will be produced, Sportshift III and manual gearboxes combined.
