The Velosolex was one of the most representative products of the push generated by the need for people to move in the immediate post-war period, produced by the French company Solex in about six million units, truly a record. Designed by Engineer Marcel Mennenson, one of the co-founders of Solex as a means of economic transport, consisting of an auxiliary engine, a single-cylinder 2-stroke 35cc to be applied to bicycles in the front position and whose motion was transferred to the wheel through a roller connected directly to the crankshaft.
