Description

  • The 500cc, 3-speed Scott Super Squirrel was introduced in 1922 as the sporting model in the range with potential for competition use
  • Mid-twenties Scotts were nimble machines with an outstanding turn of speed and excellent road holding
  • This, nicely restored, 1927 example has been on display at the vendors home for the last 28 years
  • Restored by Tennant-Eyles in the 1990s with a file of invoices included
  • Not run for some time, engine turns with compression but will need recommissioning before road use
  • Old MOTs, various receipts, Scott Owners Club correspondence and an old RF60 continuation log book
  • UK-registered on a V5C. Great bike for the Banbury Run
