The Moto Guzzi Lodola, presented in 1956 by the Mandello del Lario company with the intention of offering a reliable and economical motorcycle. It was truly an innovative and totally new project, starting from the engine, a single-cylinder 4-stroke inclined at 45° with a displacement of 175cc, later increased to 235cc in the subsequent version called Gran Turismo. Double cradle frame in steel tubes, telescopic front fork and swinging swingarm with a pair of tele-hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear, drum brakes._x000D_
