The magnificent motorbike manufacturer founded by Giuseppe Gellera in Milan in 1909 has always been synonymous with performance and technical and stylistic refinement. The countless successes in competitions at all levels contributed to create a true icon at global level. Immediately after the Second World War, it began to produce a series of 250 cc motorbikes called ‘Nettuno’, with the classic single-cylinder vertical 4-stroke engine, distribution with rods and rockers and two overhead valves; the frame a robust single-beam steel tube frame, front suspension parallelogram and swingarm at the rear with a pair of shock absorbers arranged horizontally. Restored and presumably never used since. A general mechanical check is recommended before use.
