The Con Condor Werke AG was a Swiss company founded in 1893 and became a supplier of motorised vehicles for the Swiss Army and later produced and marketed motorbikes for civilian use. Always faithful to the boxer architecture for the engine – aesthetically very similar to the most famous opposed twin-cylinder engine of BMW – it proposed the A model in 350 cc and 580 cc displacements. The model we propose in the auction is an A 580, a classic piece of rare Swiss motorbike production. Restored and presumably never used since.
