One of Seven for 007: Bond’s DBS from ‘Quantum of Solace’ to go under the hammer

On 5 October, Christie’s will offer one of the actual cars used in the filming of the Daniel Craig Bond movie ‘Quantum of Solace’. The RHD DBS, in Quantum Silver, is one of seven Astons used in the production of the 2008 feature film.

Two ‘damaged’ cars are currently on exhibition at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu. The example to be sold at the Christie’s South Kensington salerooms is a fully functioning road car, registered KX08 VLE in the UK.

Estimated at £100,000 - £150,000, all proceeds of the sale will go to the British children’s charity Barnado’s.
