For the fifth year running, Lisbon will play host to Motorclássico – the International Fair of Classic Automobiles and Motorcycles. From April 11th to 13th, this vast Portuguese show dedicated to automotive history will take up 13,000 sqm of Pavilion 3 of the FIL (International Lisbon Fair) with a comprehensive list of exhibitors, activities and displays. In total, some 42,000 visitors are expected over the three-day event.
Exhibitors include both Portuguese and foreign organisations, with stands featuring classic cars and motorcycles; specialised workshops and spare parts suppliers; museums, clubs and associations; plus publications, automobilia and models.
The 70th anniversary of the Volkswagen Beetle will be celebrated, with a display entitled ‘VW Beetle – 70 years, 70 cars’; and Bugatti will be another theme of Motorclássico, with an array of classic Bugattis worth several million euros. There will also be a feature called ‘The Dream 50cc’, dedicated to sporty classic motorcycles with 50cc engines.
