Italian car emporium in the West of England - Caracalla of Bath

4 Oct 2002 - Tucked away on a corner of one of Bath's picturesque Regency streets there is a shrine to all things automotive, with a very Italian feel.

Caracalla is set in the beautiful English city of Bath, approximately 1 1/2 hrs drive on the M4 motorway to the west of London . Famous for its Spa, and Royal Crescent in Portland stone, the city is also the location of a little piece of Italy far from Modena and Milan. Drinking an Illy espresso with Sales Director Simon Jordan yesterday, I was able to look through some of the all Italian items for sale in the shop as well as discussing the latest in Italian automotive exotica.

Having worked for a Ferrari main dealer in the West Country Simon's business now combines the shop selling automobilia, including Official Ferrari Team regalia, with sales of predominately Ferrari, Maserati and Alfa Romeo road cars. Being sole distributors for Hamann, Leo Nardo and Imola Racing tuning equipment, the company can enhance what is already likely to be a pretty impressive road car even further.

For example the photos below show a Maserati Spyder in Blu Mediterraneo Metallic with Avorio (Crema) hide, fitted with many options, including;Blue Stitching and piping, Blue Carpet, CD Changer, Cruise Control, Skyhook Suspension, Windstop, Red Calipers and Xenon headlights. Available with or without 19" alloy wheels (as shown)
