It seems Ted Gushue and his team at ERG Media are showing no signs of slowing down, having just released their latest must-have book: Arsham Motorsport. A complete catalogue raisonné of all Daniel Arsham’s vehicular creations up to 2024, Arsham Motorsport is split into two distinct volumes, each featuring a deep exploration of Arsham's portfolio and his creative process.
Comprised of over 688 pages revolving around the strong connection between Daniel Arsham’s artworks and the car world, this luxury art book provide a deep dive into both his instantly recognisable “Eroded” artworks and the many captivating bespoke automobiles created by the New York-based artist alongside his collaborative network, such as the Nebula 928 and Bonsai 356.
The cover of each volume hints toward the fascinating contents hidden within; Volume 1 features a rolling image of the Stone Island Porsche 911 Safari on its cover, while Volume 2 displays a detail shot of the Eroded 992-generation Porsche 911. The two books are housed within a collectible concrete grey linen slipcase, foil-embossed with dedicated graphics in Daniel Arsham’s signature green.
Featuring impeccable photography from ERG Media’s art director, Thomas Walk, alongside over 200 illustrations, each work is carefully catalogued and presented through rich and highly detailed imagery that help contextualise the pieces within Arsham’s wider body of work. However, it’s not just the finished artworks in the spotlight. Readers will gain unprecedented insight into the artist’s detailed process, from research, to rigorous experimentation, and even the engineering required to bring each artwork to life. We’re delighted to announce that Arsham Motorsport is now available in the CD Shop, so don’t waste a second and grab your copy before they’re sold out!
