With its highly aerodynamic body, 450bhp supercharged V6 and sub-900kg dry weight, Lotus’ hardcore new 3-Eleven promises not only immense speed but, in typical Lotus fashion, near-unrivalled agility and precision. What’s more, the Race version will boast an FIA-approved seat and harness, and a roll-cage, required to meet international motorsport regulations. Just 311 will be built, priced at £82,000 and £115,000 for the Road and Race versions, respectively. Production will commence in February 2016.
