Brabus Classic – for Mercedes Young and Old

Brabus and the Lueg Group, one of the largest Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Ruhr region of Germany, presented their new joint venture for the first time at Techno Classica Essen this year. ‘Brabus Classic’ will buy, restore and sell classic Mercedes and Brabus cars.

Whether the object of your desire is a 300 SL Gullwing, a 450 SEL 6.9 or a Mercedes-Benz E500, the new company will be happy to hear from you, and will do its best to locate the car you’re looking for. There is also a large stock of beautifully restored classics for you to browse through, on its new website.

Meanwhile, the restoration department aims to use original parts wherever possible to create a perfectly restored car that is an ‘automotive piece of art’. While the company says it can take on ‘special requests of all kinds’, it sees its specialities as being leather upholstery work and paint jobs.

And finally, there’s an entire ‘vehicle detailing’ programme (multi-layer polishing, leather detailing, carpet and engine cleaning) for the car you already own and cherish. The technical maintenance of engine and electronics is covered, as well as checks of airbags, safety and electrical systems on modern cars.
