Two-body, polished, two-row diamond-set upper with 4 row
diamond-set central band, octagonal gold and diamondset winding
crown, case back with 8 screws, sapphire crystal.
Guilloché silver with painted radial Roman numerals, secret
Cartier signature. Blued steel épée hands.
