Produced between 1985 and 1993, the Alfa Romeo 75 is a saloon with more than 380 000 units produced. Its name evokes the 75th anniversary of the Italian manufacturer. Its development is linked to that of its predecessor, the Giulietta, as it uses its mechanical basis. Amongst Alfa Romeo's greatest successes, it is impossible not to remember the Alfa 75 Evoluzione. Produced in only 500 units, it was the most powerful and exclusive 75. It was designed with the aim of homologating the car in Group A. It was powered by 1,762 cc. Its displacement was slightly reduced compared to the original engine (1,779cc), in order to meet the regulations imposed at the time. The power of the turbo engine reaches 155 hp and the top speed is 210 km/h. The bodywork was reworked to create a large, almost ferocious kit. Side stripes indicating "75 Evoluzione" will appear.
The car presented here left the Italian factory in 1987. The paintwork is in very good condition and is applied to a sound and undamaged body. The decorative side strips are present, as well as the spoiler. Inside, the cloth upholstery has no holes or tears. The buckets are in good condition. Under the car, nothing to say except: it's clean! The mechanics of this car work well. The technical inspection of this car only indicates a small leak in the gearbox, the left front lights which need to be revised and a defect in the windscreen. None of these items require a second inspection. In short, this car can be driven away. In very good general condition, this car is an invitation to drive in a sporty way. The mechanical gearbox controlling the 155 horsepower of this engine will give you satisfaction.
