| Being Vincenzo Lancia's final complete project prior to his death, the Aprilia was a triumph of design and engineering in a small package, boasting advanced features such as all-round independent suspension, monocoque construction and aerodynamic styling. The result is a car who's performance and handling belies it's years. This particular example, right hand drive as were all Lancias of the time, has had only two owners since being delivered in January 1949, both in the Turin area. The car was completely restored several years ago and remains in fine condition throughout, driving with typical Aprilia vim and vigour.
