Cadillac built only 922 of the 138 inch long wheelbase Series 67 in 1941, the pinnacle of its product line in the last full year of automobile production before The Arsenal of Democracy geared up to defeat the Axis forces in World War II. This is a wonderful example of the 1941 Cadillac Series 67 long wheelbase seven-passenger sedan, a Classic Car Club of American National First Prize winning restoration in regal dark blue metallic with luxurious beige broadcloth upholstery and interior trim. It is powered by Cadillac s standard 346 cubic inch 150hp V-8 engine with a 3-speed column-mounted standard shift transmission and is equipped with radio, clock, heater, jump seats, rear wheel fender skirts, wide whitewall tires, fog lights integrated in the front fenders and large hubcaps. The sparing use of chrome on the body sides is beautifully highlighted by the dark metallic blue paint. The interior is as luxurious as any car of its era, with varnished wood trim throughout and privacy curtains on the rear quarter windows. These cars are known for their excellent performance at modern highway speeds making them ideal for CCCA events and tours where it will perform well and be shown with satisfaction at the end of the day s run.
