With a displacement of 3.2-litres that offered power and flexibility, the 911 Carrera SC32A accelerated from 0 to 100km/h in 5.6 seconds. The very last of the original 911s, this was the model with the original design and suspension, just before the change to wraparound bumpers and the beginnings of electronics.The 911 Carrera was bought new from Sonauto by the former technical director of Mitsubishi when Sonauto was distributing both Mitsubishi and Porsche, and car was registered on March 6, 1986. The current owner, a Porsche enthusiast, acquired the car on the 10th of September, 1986, when the car had barely covered 3,500km. An anecdote: the car was offered by Mr Wagner, the president of Sonauto because the first owner was given a Mitsubishi. The car now has 170,000 on the odo and drives remarkably well. This unusual quasi firsthand car has always been given special care as evidenced by the comprehensive service records with all invoices since the beginning, with all services carried out by Sonauto, which later became Centre Porsche Levallois. The body, painted a very sober grey-blue, has never been re-sprayed and is in fine original condition, just like the grey cloth interior which features some slight signs of wear on the driver s side. The rear has two separate seats, both of which fold down for luggage and oddments to be carried upon. Equipped with two new tires at the rear, this car comes with all the necessary paperwork and stamps: a rare opportunity indeed for a Porsche enthusiast to acquire a 911 Carrera for very reasonable money.
