7-speed manual gearbox for the new Porsche 911

Classic Driver

The new Porsche will come out by the end of the year and will be equipped with a 7-speed ZF manual gearbox.

The additional gear will help to lower fuel consumption without lowering the power output. The 6-cylinder engine comes with a capacity of either 3.4 or 3.8 litres, and offers up to 30HP more power while consuming 10 per cent less fuel.
