1986 Ferrari Testarossa Chassis No. ZFFSA17A2G0061081 The Testarossa was designed by Ferrari specifically for the U.S. market, applying lessons learned in Ferrari s racing while marking a dramatic entry into the high performance, luxury gran turismo market. Like all Ferraris, its signature element was the engine, returning to Ferrari s roots with twelve cylinders but arrayed in Boxer fashion. A remarkable new body by Pininfarina was a clear departure from Pininfarina s earlier designs. Desirable Early Testarossa! Meticulously maintained and well-presented throughout, the 1986 model presented here is finished in black paintwork over chocolate brown leather accent trim and tan seating. The Testarossa has remained an excellently preserved example both cosmetically and mechanically with just 43,000 miles traveled from new. The upholstery is immaculate other than minimal wear on the driver s seat and the exterior paint is clean. The engine bay and luggage compartment are sanitary with no visible leaks and Remains very stock with electronics and mechanical equipment in proper working order.
