| The 1971-72 models are probably the nicest Cadillacs from the seventies and the most outrageous, having appeared before the 1973 petrol crisis. They were a big step regarding the late sixties ones and gave the Cadillacs the famous line they’ll keep until the late 80s. This model will remain as a classic concept and shape in the make history. The equipment on them was incredible compared even to the best European standards, the building quality being at a very high level and by far the best from the American cars. The Coupe De Ville had a huge success and was built at 95 000 ex. which is not far from the 1/3 of the total production this year. Back in the 70s the Cadillac symbolised the success and prosperity being the most expensive and refined American cars. Though not being very familiar with Cadillacs, we are very proud to offer this fabulous Coupe de Ville from 1972. Without any doubts the outstanding condition from this original and un-restored example makes it one of the finest in the world. It has been sold new to California and was sparely used, exported in the 90s to Germany to one of the main American car collector, the car is now only 22 000 miles from new. The light blue metallic paint and blue leather suits it very well offering a great harmony and atmosphere to this sensational and imposing Coupe.
