| Less than 1000 examples of the series 3 AM V8 were produced between 1973 and October 1978. Of these only a few were fitted with the rare 5 speed manual gearbox, which was a £1000 option, and even less could also boast the electric sunroof, another £842 option, making the specification on this car both rare and desirable.
