Is this the ultimate Ferrari book?

With a stunning aluminium display case designed by none other than Marc Newson and hundreds of unseen photographs and documents from both Ferrari’s own archives and private collections around the world, Il Fascino Ferrari tells the compelling story of the Cavallino Rampante unlike ever before…

Il Cavallino Rampante

Published by Taschen and edited by the Italian journalist Pino Allievi, Il Fascino Ferrari documents the illustrious 70-year history of Ferrari and its protagonists – both human and automotive – over 480 large-scale pages. The leather-bound and hand-stitched Collector’s Edition is limited to 1,947 individually numbered copies and is presented in an aluminium display case, akin to the valve covers of a classic Ferrari V12, and was designed by Marc Newson. It costs 5,000 euros and you can buy it right here on Classic Driver. If you’re looking for the perfect way to display your copy, either in your home, your office, or your garage, there will also be an Art Edition, which comes with a chromed-steel sculpture of a V12, also designed by Newson, on which to perch the book.
